M&D filled the second story of an 83,000-square-foot office and laboratory building with custom-built air handling units, including one that is 46 feet long and 15 feet high. The project included a divided HVAC system for the general office area and lab spaces, a heating hot water system that uses heat exchangers and a chilled water system.
